October 20, 2023 - October 21, 2023
Studies estimate up to 88% of survivors will seek medical attention during their trafficking. It is key that this field is equipped to interrupt trafficking and provide optimal care to victims they may come across. A main focus will be Mandated Reporting in the Healthcare setting. This interdisciplinary discussion strives to represent a variety of perspectives that shine a light on the importance and complexities behind supporting victims in a trauma-informed manner. All professions are welcome!
