Research and Evaluation on a National Model for Technical Violations, Fiscal Year 2021

NIJ requests proposals from accredited academic institutions design and test models to expedite judicial review for individuals awaiting revocation of their parole or probation for technical violations of their supervision, while linking them to evidence-based services that address the root causes of recidivism. Applications from other than accredited academic institutions will not be accepted.
